Free shipping for Australian orders over $50!

We are dedicated to getting the best of Europe to your front door. The majority of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are normally dispatched within 24hrs of receiving payment and shipped within 12 buses days. We offer express shipping on some items, so if you’re in a rush make sure to check the item’s description.

Some of our items may need to be specially ordered from our factories in Europe, this might delay your shipping time a little.


We offer a pre-ordering system for products which are sold out.  If the item or your size is on pre-order it will be noted in the product description, please allow 2-4 weeks for these items to be custom manufactured and sent to you.

We offer split shipping. Items you have ordered will be shipped immediately and your pre-order items are sent when they arrive. You must choose this option at checkout.


We appreciate that it's not always easy buying the perfect item online and we understand that you may need to return items occasionally. Please contact us via email if you wish to return or have any questions. Generally, we accept returns if compliant with the following policy:

Change of mind

We are happy to accept returns if you changed your mind where the goods:

- Are in saleable condition
- Have not been used 
- Have the original tag still attached 
- Are received within 30 days of purchase

We will refund you the purchase price (excluding the shipping fee)

Wrong Size

If the sizing is wrong we are happy to exchange the size of the item or give you according credit. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in a credit note.


Although we try our very best, occasionally fault items will slip through. After all, we are only human (although very stylish humans!). If you received a faulty item please contact us via email and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or reimburse you for the item and any reasonable shipping charges.
